The Throwing Knife is a light throwing weapon that deals less damage than a throwing axe, but has more ammunition. Its primary function is to stop a fleeing foe from escaping or to ambush an unsuspecting opponent and begin the battle at an advantage. The Knife itself is not truly meant for hand to hand combat and suffers in the range and power departments, though occasionally its speed can allow it to hold its own.
Tips
The throwing knives are best used to finish off enemies that are wounded and trying to retreat from a battle. Alternatively, they can be used to soften up an enemy who is closing in on you.
